At Split Spirits, we strive to make exceptional spirits full of Vermont character that will delight the discerning drinker. Each hand crafted small batch begins by grinding local grain sourced from organic or regenerative farms. We ferment, distill, barrel age and bottle all of our spirits at America’s first Climate Neutral Certified distillery in Middlebury, VT.
